James received his undergrad degree from George Fox University, in Newberg, OR, in Business Administration and Economics, and his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law, in Salem, OR.
James has been a member of the Nevada State Bar since 1985 and a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1989. James is a general practice attorney, whose practice over the last several years has focused on Estate Planning and Appellate Law.
